Soul Ritual · The practical side
Legal & policies
Everything here is written to be read, not to hide behind. If anything is unclear, write to us and a person answers.
The maker
Soul Ritual is a small handmade studio. Everything in the shop is made in small batches by a few patient hands.

Orders & payment
When you place an order, we record it and email you a confirmation with your order number. Keep the number: it lets you follow your order's journey on this site.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and are final: delivery is included and no taxes or other costs are added at checkout. Card payments are taken at checkout through Stripe's secure payment page; if the card step is skipped or unavailable, payment details are agreed in the confirmation email and nothing is charged without your say. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, not at the moment you submit it.
Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, shape and weight are part of the work, not defects.
Shipping
Handmade pieces leave the studio in 3 to 5 working days; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination. You will receive the carrier and tracking details by email once your order ships, and the same details appear on the Journey page under your order number.
Delivery is included in the price shown; there is nothing to add at checkout. Ceramics are packed generously; if something still arrives broken, photograph the box and the piece and write to us, ideally within 48 hours, and we will make it right.
Returns
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing within those 14 days, then send the piece back unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of your notice. We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Three honest exceptions, as EU law allows:
- Cacao and other food items cannot be returned once their seal or wrapping is opened, for health and food-safety reasons.
- Opened soaps and other hygiene items cannot be returned once unsealed.
- Pieces made to your personal specification (custom orders) are excluded from withdrawal.
To withdraw, a plain email is enough. You may also copy this model form: "To Soul Ritual: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today's date]." Send it to the email address listed under The maker above.
Independently of the right of withdrawal, EU law gives you a legal guarantee: if an item is faulty or not as described, you can claim a remedy within two years of delivery.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, phone number, email and delivery address. We use them to make, confirm, ship and, if needed, discuss your order. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the carrier who delivers your parcel.
- Your basket lives only in your own browser (local storage); we never see it until you order.
- After an order, your delivery details are remembered in your own browser only, so the next order is faster on this device. A "forget them" button at checkout clears them; our server never hands them out.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe on their secure pages; your card number never touches our server.
- This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers.
- Your language choice (EN/LT/RU) is remembered in your own browser so pages open in your language.
- Typing a postal code at checkout looks up the matching city so you type less. Only the country and the code are looked up, through our own server; nothing personal is attached.
- Order emails are delivered through our email provider solely to reach you.
- Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires, then removed.
- The public order lookup shows only status and dates, never your address or contact details.
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (where the law lets us): write to [contact email].
